Everything here was perfect, I will be returning here soon. The venue was quaint and quiet, I appreciated the location really close to Essen centre by car, Essen and restaurant by railway crossing, and garden views. Had peaceful and great location in the middle of the city. I tried quick meals at Pret a Manger, within 500 metres of the hotel.

Although the room's furnishings are clean and tidy, light sleepers might require earplugs as the hotel is situated in the vicinity of noise-prone train tracks, roads, and possibly airplanes.

Great location for a city trip! the hotel was situated in a calm area which was easily accessible by car or taxi, and we found plenty of free parking spaces. the owners were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room and a nice selection of complimentary snacks.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from the neighboring room and the train tracks nearby. breakfast was not as complete as we wished it would be - we missed some fruits and eggs.
